Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, bite-sized
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken cubes dry with a paper towel to ensure a golden sear.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until a thick paste forms.
- Toss the chicken cubes into the bowl and stir until each piece is fully enveloped in the sauce.
- Add the broccoli florets to the same bowl and toss lightly to coat the vegetables in the remaining garlic-butter mixture.
- Spread the chicken and broccoli across the pan in a single layer, ensuring pieces aren't touching to allow for proper air circulation.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is opaque throughout and the Parmesan has formed a golden-brown crust.
