Ingredients:

  • 60ml (2 oz) Canadian Whisky
  • 30ml (1 oz) Premium Apple Liqueur
  • 30ml (1 oz) 100% Unsweetened Cranberry Juice
  • 7.5ml (1/4 oz) Fresh Lime Juice
  • 5ml (1 tsp) Light Agave Nectar
  • 3 Thinly sliced Granny Smith apple wedges
  • 1 Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 Fresh sprig of mint

Instructions:

  1. Place your glass in the freezer.
  2. Prep the garnish. Slice the Granny Smith apple into thin wedges and toss with a squeeze of lemon juice. The lemon prevents oxidation and browning.
  3. Add a generous handful of large ice cubes to your cocktail shaker.
  4. Pour in 60ml of Canadian Whisky.
  5. Measure and add 30ml of apple liqueur and 30ml of unsweetened cranberry juice.
  6. Add 7.5ml of fresh lime juice and 5ml of light agave nectar.
  7. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 minutes until the shaker feels painfully cold to the touch.
  8. Double strain into your chilled glass to catch any tiny ice shards.
  9. Arrange the apple wedges on top and add the slapped mint sprig. Serve immediately while the foam is still tight.
