- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 12 oz white melting wafers
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions:
- Bake the vanilla cake according to package instructions, then allow it to cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl using hands or a fork until it resembles fine sand with no large lumps.
- Beat together softened butter, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually mix cake crumbs into the frosting until a play-dough consistency is reached.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray; chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip the tip of a cake pop stick into melted chocolate and insert halfway into a chilled cake ball.
- Submerge the entire ball into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and decorate with rainbow sprinkles before setting in a stand.
