Ingredients:
- 60ml London Dry Gin
- 120ml premium tomato juice
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp horseradish
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large celery stalk
- 1 lemon wedge
- 2 green olives
Instructions:
- Chill your glassware. Place your highball glass in the freezer for 10 minutes. Note: This keeps the drink from melting the ice too quickly.
- Rim the glass. Rub a lemon wedge around the top of the chilled glass and dip it into a mix of celery salt and black pepper until a thick crust forms.
- Measure the gin. Pour 60ml London Dry Gin into your mixing tin. Note: Gin is the backbone here, so don't be shy.
- Add the savory base. Pour in 120ml premium tomato juice and 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Season the mix. Add 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 2 dashes Tabasco sauce, and 1/4 tsp horseradish until the aroma becomes pungent and spicy.
- Add the dry spices. Toss in a pinch of celery salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- The Roll. Add ice to one tin and gently pour the mixture back and forth between two tins about 6 or 7 times until the tin feels frosty to the touch.
- Strain and pour. Fill your rimmed glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over it.
- Final garnish. Thread 2 green olives onto a pick and place it across the rim with a large celery stalk and a lemon wedge until the presentation looks balanced and lush.
