Ingredients:
- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold whole milk
- 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
- Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin in a sealed bag.
- Stir melted butter into the cookie crumbs until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan and freeze for 10 minutes to set.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and lump-free.
- Add vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, beating on high until stiff peaks form.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled Oreo crust.
- Prepare the instant chocolate pudding mix with cold whole milk according to package directions.
- Fold 1 cup of whipped topping into the prepared chocolate pudding.
- Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Top the dessert with the remaining 1 cup of whipped topping.
- Garnish with 4 crushed Oreo cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
