Ingredients:

  • 24 oz Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, ice-cold
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk, chilled
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions:

  1. Mix the crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9x9 inch pan using a flat measuring cup to ensure an even, dense layer.
  3. Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to lock the butter in place.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and free of lumps, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the ice-cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until no white streaks remain.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture as the first layer over the chilled cookie base.
