Ingredients:
- 24 oz Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, ice-cold
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups whole milk, chilled
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 4 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions:
- Mix the crushed Oreo crumbs with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9x9 inch pan using a flat measuring cup to ensure an even, dense layer.
- Place the pan in the freezer for 10 minutes to lock the butter in place.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and free of lumps, then stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whip the ice-cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until no white streaks remain.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture as the first layer over the chilled cookie base.
