Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1 cup (165g) fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup (150g) blueberries, whole
  • 1 cup (180g) seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 medium kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp (21g) honey
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all fruit. Dice the strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi into small, bite-sized pieces and halve the grapes lengthwise.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Place all the diced fruit into a large bowl. Drizzle the glaze over the top and toss gently with a spoon to avoid bursting the berries.
  4. Carefully spoon the mixture into mini fruit cups, pressing down lightly to remove air gaps.
