Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries or mango chunks (225g)
  • 1 medium frozen banana, sliced (120g)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (80ml)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (60g)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (15g)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (5g)
  • 1/4 cup granola (30g)
  • 0.25 cup fresh berries (30g)
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts (5g)
  • 1 tsp honey (7g)

Instructions:

  1. Place your serving bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to prevent the smoothie base from melting upon contact.
  2. Add the almond milk to the bottom of the high-speed blender jar first.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, almond butter, protein powder, and chia seeds to the blender.
  4. Top with the frozen banana slices and frozen fruit chunks.
  5. Start the blender on the lowest speed. Immediately use the tamper to push the frozen ingredients down into the blades until a thick, uniform texture forms.
  6. Scoop the mixture into the chilled bowl and top with granola, fresh berries, hemp hearts, and a drizzle of honey.
