Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, frozen into cubes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (30g) vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
- Pop 1 cup strong brewed coffee (frozen into cubes) into the blender base.
- Add 1 large frozen banana, broken into three pieces.
- Pour in 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. Wait until the cubes are slightly covered.
- Spoon 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt over the fruit.
- Measure 2 tbsp natural peanut butter and drop it right in the center.
- Sprinkle 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and 1 scoop protein powder on top.
- Pulse the blender 5 times until the large chunks are shattered.
- Blend on high for 45 seconds until the mixture looks velvety and glossy.
- Stir in 1 tsp chia seeds by hand or pulse once more to combine.
- Pour into a chilled glass and inhale the nutty, roasted aroma before your first sip.
