Ingredients:
- 3 cups (510g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to create a sling.
- Combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cubed butter in a large microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave the mixture on medium power for 1 minute, then remove and stir.
- Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each burst, until the mixture is glossy and completely smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the prepared pan and use a rubber spatula to smooth the top into an even layer.
- Let the fudge sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the pan to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm to the touch.
